Membership or credits — which do I need?
Membership gives you access to paid episodes for a paid period. Credits unlock individual episodes. You can buy credits with or without a membership; membership does not add credits to your wallet.
How are annual plans charged?
The annual price is charged in one payment and renews yearly until canceled. The monthly equivalent is for comparison only. The final price and any tax are shown at checkout.
When will my purchase be available?
Credits or membership become available after payment confirmation. If a payment is still pending, check Orders & payments before trying again.
What happens if I cancel renewal?
No. Your paid access remains until the end of the current period. Canceling renewal does not request a refund; refund requests are managed from your orders.
